Airworthiness BCAR

Bhutan Civil Aviation Requirements (BCAR) are the detailed regulatory provisions issued by the Head of the Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority to implement and ensure compliance with the Civil Aviation Act and the Bhutan Air Navigation Regulations. Airworthiness BCAR set out the technical standards, procedures, and conditions for aircraft certification, airworthiness, maintenance, personnel licensing, approvals, and continuing oversight of aviation activities. BCAR ensures that aviation operations in Bhutan are conducted safely, consistently, and in alignment with international standards and recommended practices established by ICAO.
