Circulars
Circular is issued by the Head of the Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) under Section 52 of the Civil Aviation Act of Bhutan 2016 to provide safety-related requirements, guidance, and information not fully covered in existing regulations. It complements the relevant Bhutan Civil Aviation Requirements (BCAR) and does not replace them. Circulars may be permanent or interim and are issued to ensure standardisation, continued compliance, and effective safety oversight.
Guidance Materials
Guidance materials are non-binding material developed by the BCAA that helps to illustrate the meaning of a requirement or specification and is used to support the interpretation of BCAR and AMC.
